The course

Eighteen holes. Par 72. An inland links by Cameron Sinclair, opened in 2010.

On 230 acres at Giffords Farm, off the Needingworth Road: fairways sand-capped and drained, greens built to USGA specification, paths between every tee and fairway.

Sand-capped, drained and irrigated.

Every fairway sits on 40 mm of sand and is fully drained and irrigated. The greens are velvet bent grass, built to USGA specification, one of the first courses in the country to do so.

Golf all year.

Trolleys and buggies go out on almost a continual basis, on paths between every tee and fairway and from each green to the next tee.
